Applications for Enrollment

ENROLLMENT PROCESS
MCH retains any and all discretion in the admission process. Applications are received according to the following deadlines and on a first come, first served basis. Applications are date and time stamped in the order they are submitted. A family is able to maintain their student’s spot as long as they adhere to the below priority status enrollment time frames.

Priority Group Application Deadline

1. Current families requesting same spot ONLY January 9-13, 2023
2. Current families requesting change for child currently enrolled January 16-20, 2023. OPENS MONDAY MORNING 1/16/23 AT 12:01AM.
3. Siblings of current families coming for first time and former families returning to MCH January 23-27, 2023. OPENS MONDAY MORNING 1/23/23 AT 12:01AM.
4. OPEN registration for new families, late enrolling current and former families January 30, 2023. OPENS MONDAY MORNING 1/30/23 AT 12:01AM.

Current families will sign up for their account on www.Schoolcues.com and will complete their application for admission on their parent dashboard during the week of their priority status.

Former, new families and current families adding a sibling who is attending for the first time will go to the below link during their designated enrollment time periods and complete the Enquiry Form as their application for admission and submit the $80 non-refundable application fee.

NO APPLICATION SUBMITTED PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT ON THE DATE IT OPENS IN WEEK 2 – 5 IS CONSIDERED VALID. We will reject any application submitted prior to the opening.

SCHOOLCUES DATE/TIME STAMPS EACH SUBMISSION. THIS WILL BE OUR “LINE” IN WHICH WE WILL REFERENCE ANY DEVELOPMENT OF A WAIT LIST. THE TIME CONFIRMATION NOTICE PROVIDED BY SCHOOLCUES WILL BE LISTED IN MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME.
