Our Half Day Early Preschool classes are designed for children who are 2 to 3 years old. During the school year, the children learn the Montessori work cycle as well as to socialize with other children. Like all classrooms, the children learn from the Practical Life, Sensorial and Cultural shelves. Some children are ready by the end of the year to work with math and literary materials. Each day the students have ample time to explore the class, finding various materials to use for hands-on learning. We also spend time outside each day. Teachers work with each child, giving a lesson or offering new work. The Montessori method provides an individualized education which leads to a confident, independent and well-rounded child.
